The ICSE 10th and ISC 12th results are all set to be declared today. The information has been confirmed by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations. The Council of the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) carry out three different examinations every year. They are differentiated standard wise which are known as Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE – Class 10 examination), The Indian School Certificate (ISC – Class 12 examination) and the Certificate in Vocational Education (CVE – Year 12).

The ICSE class 10 exams were earlier scheduled to begin on February 27 and end on March 31 but later it was postponed and finally, commenced on March 10 and ended on April 21. Last year, in 2016, 2,015 schools, in India and abroad, and 1,68,591 candidates appeared for the examinations.

And now, when the results are all set to be released on Monday, May 29, here are the seven things you need to know before watching your result

When will the results be declared?

According to the statement given by CISEC Chief Executive and Secretary, Gerry Arathoon, the results will be declared May 29.

On May 29, Monday, the ICSE class 10 and ISC class 12 results will be declared at 3 PM in the afternoon.

This year the Council has also provided a facility called DigiLocker; a facility to share and store students’ document safely. A few days back it was announced that ICSE and ISC candidates will have digital versions of their mark sheets and certificates for accessing them anytime and anywhere, “Unlike the old practice when the candidates had to download the scanned image of the hard copy of mark sheet, all they have to do now is to open an account with https://digilocker.gov.in and give their mobile number and follow the steps thereafter.”
