The finale episode of Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan’s season 5 was aired on March 12. And to bring a smile on the faces of all the KWK fans, the makers decided to make their weekend more fun by airing the ‘Weekend Binge’ special episode on March 18 and 19.
In the entire episode, Karan Johar talked about his most favourite segments and gave us a sneak peek into some lol-worthy moments from the show that will make you sit back and enjoy the whole season again on the weekend. Not only this, KJO also thanked the audience for all the love and their great feedback.
Calling season 5 special in many ways, Karan thanked all the celebrities for coming on his show and making season 5 so much fun and truly exceptional. And taking us through the entire journey of season 5, KJo not only talked about the most hashtag-worthy answers but also about the iconic rapid-fire round which scares our celebs the most. But in the end, it’s all worth it for that exclusive hamper. Right!
Karan also picked up his top choices for alternative hosts of Koffee With Karan that he would like to be interviewed from. KJo’s first choice was Shah Rukh Khan for his witty humour and then he took names of Katrina Kaif and BFF Kareena Kapoor Khan as only they can reveal a lot about the filmmaker that will keep the audience glued to their seats.
The filmmaker also revealed that he decided to drop the buzzers from the Koffee Quiz as the sounds that the celebs made before answering the questions make the show more fun and interesting to watch. Not only this, KJo also called Arjun Kapoor as the ‘Koffee Mascot’ because of his numerous appearances on season 5.
