Rajkummar Rao is essaying the role of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose in Alt Balaji series Finding Netaji. Watch the trailer here

Rajkummar Rao has hit right at the bull’s eye by signing up for a series called Bose Dead/Alive. The series which will be aired on Alt Balaji, talks about the journey of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and the mystery which surrounded him. The trailer of the series has been released and it looks promising. The over 2-minute trailer gives a perfect insight into what one can expect from the series – a lot of powerful dialogues and the tale of Netaji as never told before.

The trailer starts with establishing the role of Netaji in the freedom struggle. While many chose the non-violent way to demand freedom, Netaji told his intentions quite clearly. He made it evident that he would pick up arms and fight the British. The trailer also establishes Netaji as the learned man who was witty and did not think twice before telling the ‘rulers’ whose land it is. From slapping his professor to telling Mahatama Gandhi why he did not agree with his way of non-violence.

Apart from telling what kind of man Netaji was, this series touches upon the mystery of his death. His absence from the country and several rumors about accidents led many to believe he is dead. But they were still some who thought Netaji was alive.
