Mira Rajput Says Don’t Send Gifts To Zain Kapoor, We Say Send It To These NGOs Instead

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput welcomed their son, Zain Kapoor on September 5, 2018. And in no time, Zain ended up being the internet’s favourite baby. So much so that fans of Mr and Mrs Kapoor are showering the newest member with lots of gifts and goodies.

While the new mommy is naturally quite overwhelmed with all the wishes and gifts, she has a humble message for her followers and well-wishers.

Mira wrote on her Instagram and told fans to not send any gifts to Zain, instead send it to families and babies who are more in need of supplies than Zain. And people should send gifts and ‘make another baby’s world a happier place.’

CRY (Child Rights And You) works on a number of social causes including child labour, malnutrition, poverty, child marriage, child trafficking and gender inequality.
Lakshyam’s Toy Library’s mission to ensure that each child has access to toys as well as storybooks.
SOS Children’s Villages mainly works on child care and children’s rights. In India, it has 32 SOS Children’s Villages in 22 states.
Smile Foundation has been directly benefitting over 600,000 children and their families every year, through welfare projects on education, healthcare, livelihood and women empowerment.
ProjectNanhi Kali aims to provide primary education to underprivileged girl children in India.
