Didn’t Do it, Says Javed Akhtar After Being Named As Lyricist In ‘PM Narendra Modi’

Film’s poster attributes Javed Akhtar as one of its song writers which the veteran lyricist has categorically denied. Taking to Twitter, Akhtar expressed shock that he has been named as one of its song writers, as he claimed that he had not written any songs for it.

The biopic will now hit theatres on April 5, a week before the commencement of general elections 2019. The shooting of the film began in late January and is currently completing its last leg in Mumbai.
