Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 2 is releasing tomorrow but it has already made money. Reports have it that the film has minted Rs 45 crore by selling the satellite, music and digital rights. With such numbers, the movie has already entered the profitable zone. Jolly LLB 2 was made on a budget on Rs 30 crore and another Rs 15  crore were spent on print and advertising.

Adding the numbers, the total amount of money spent on making Jolly LLB 2 was Rs 45 crore. The movie has already recovered this cost by earning Rs 45 crore before release. To gain the tag of hit, a film is required to make double the money spent on making it. In this case, Jolly LLB 2 is required to mint Rs 90 crore to become a hit. Now, the film has already earned Rs 45 crore, the amount of money left to earn is Rs 45 crore.

Given the buzz Jolly LLB 2 has created, it won’t be wrong to expect that the film will easily earn Rs 8-10 crore on release day. Since it stars Akshay Kumar in the lead, it has success written all over it.

Along with Akshay, the courtroom drama also stars Huma Qureshi, Saurabh Shukla and Annu Kapoor in pivotal roles.

The film ran into controversies when a lawyer raised objections on how the lawyers are being depicted in it. Following the plea, the Bombay High Court ordered the makers to impose four cuts in the film, which they obliged to.

Despite the controversies, the film is definitely one of the most highly awaited films of this year.
