With the latest trailer out, things are looking up. The film is actually a lot more hyped in India than it is anywhere so, we have a special gift from the filmmakers. We present to you, the official Hindi version of the Baywatch trailer.
The dialogues in the Hindi version are so cringe-worthy that they will actually get you to smile a little. So, when ac Efron’s line comes up, where he says, “My balls say, let’s just take it easy right here. Just chill,” it becomes, “Mera dil kehta hai ki yehi ruk ke dekhte hain. Just chill.” But that’s not the worst part. When Dwayne’s Hindi voice says, “Lekin tere dil ki awaaz chote bacche jaisi kyu hain?” Zac replies, “Tumne suna nahi kya? Dil to baccha hai ji. Dimaag ki batti jali?”

That was the worst one, we promise. On to the best part, the part where Priyanka Chopra drops some sass on Zac’s Matt Brody by referring to him as “Britney” got a makeover with PeeCee saying, “Chal na Katrina,” instead. This only proves that Hollywood can come up with whatever new ideas but, nothing can beat their Hindi dubbed versions.
