Putting an end to the speculations about Kapil Sharma’s episode will be dropped from Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan 5, a source informed The Indian Express that “the episode will not be dropped and this will also be show’s end for the fifth season.’
A source close to Karan Johar told, “This is not at all happening. The episode will not be getting dropped. The show is, in fact, ending with Kapil’s episode. The promo will be out tomorrow, and the episode will air on March 5.”
Rumors about the rift between stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma and Karan Johar have been doing the rounds in the industry. Also, it was said that the friendship between then has hit a rough patch. However, no reaction has come from both of them on this.
There were rumors that the makers did not find the episode entertaining enough. Also, Kapil was not comfortable and got miffed at Karan when he asked questions about his personal life on the show.
Reportedly, Karan asked Kapil about how he takes to Twitter so early in the morning and if that’s because he doesn’t have a girlfriend with whom he can spend time instead.
Recently, while Kapil was co-hosting an awards show with Karan, the comedian called superstar Shah Rukh Khan on the stage and made fun of Karan.
