Kapil Sharma finally breaks his silence over the controversy surrounding his in-flight fight with Sunil Grover, says Sunil is like his brother and he is welcomed back on the show whenever he feels like. The comedian recently fainted on the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show, while shooting for an upcoming episode with Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma. The duo visited the sets for the promotion of their upcoming film Jab Harry Met Sejal. On Monday, Kapil took out some time out from his busy schedule and connected with his fans and followers through a Facebook live session.

Durin the interaction most of the queries on his page was related to his alleged fight with Sunil Grover. Reacting to the questions, Kapil said: “He is a friend, he is welcome to the show anytime. I even met him recently. He is a brother and can come back whenever he feels like. I get emotional, you can even see it in my performance that I miss everyone”.

Ever since the rumours of their fight came out in open, a lot has been written and talked about Kapil and Sunil Grover. However, they never came out in open to clarify their stand. Now, talking about the same, Kapil explained: “Some reports claimed the fight happened because others ate before me. I was on the same flight and i know what happened. Unauthorized, small digital channels spread rumours to provoke me. But I will not respond. People who were on the flight know what actually happened.”

Meanwhile, Ali Asgar, who left the show soon after Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover’s fight also revealed the main reason behind his exit from the show. Talking to a leading daily, Asgar said: “Kapil has been my colleague for last four years and I am not giving any explanation with the intention to harm someone. It is just a creative difference that happened and as a professional I took the decision to leave TKSS and also informed the creative team. I told them as my contract is coming to an end, I don’t want to renew it. Also I was not well by the time I felt better my contract got over. If I would have been lying, the channel would have never accepted my explanation. Kapil also felt it was justified. And I never felt of giving an explanation to anyone as to why I left the show.”
