It was a forgettable day for Gujarat Lions’ unorthodox Chinaman Shivil Kaushik as he got bashed up by Kolkata Knight Riders openers Chris Lynn and Gautam Gambhir. Kaushik was struck for sixes and fours all around the work. However, he made a comeback giving just 6 runs in an over in his second well. He was picked off by Gambhir who hit him for 21 runs in an over including five boundaries. Lynn too muscled him for a maximum in his last over.
But Twitteratis were not going to let Kaushik go off the hook that easily as they trolled him heavily. Kaushik has been trolled previously for his bizarre action but today it went to a whole new level.

Kaushik could not find his sheen today as he pitched the ball in the wrong areas right from the start. Gambhir was the one who bashed up Kaushik real good hitting sixes all over the park. Twitteratis used pictures of Kaushik’s bowling action as they came up with the wittiest tweets as they used his bowling’s snapshots.

Lynn too did not hold back as he struck Kaushik for flat sixes. It seemed like Raina did not know which bowler to go to as he pushed Kaushik to bowl even after he was low on confidence getting hit for boundaries.

This was not the first time, Kaushik has been beaten this bat in IPL. In previous edition, it was Virat Kohli who hammered the bowler for boundaries in an over when he scored a century alongside AB de Villiers and made history.
