Andre Russell recently made fun of his captain Dinesh Karthik in the dressing room. Do not get irked folks! It was just a funny take of the West Indian on Karthik when he got out. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) lost to Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) via D/L method on April 21 at Eden Gardens, but that has not let the morale of the Kolkata camp sink. And with Andre Russell in the side, entertainment is never missing. Like Chris Gayle, Russell exudes positivity and has been in a red-hot form this season. But that did not come good against Kings XI Punjab.

In this particular video, we witness the fun that takes place in the KKR camp, behind the scenes. Chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav plays with Russell’s hair and shapes them. Once that is done, Russell picks up the bat and asks Lynn to bowl. He defends, misses, but having fun for sure. Then we find Russell giving a demo of what happens when Dinesh Karthik gets dismissed. Meanwhile, Karthik is sitting as the fun happening around him. Russell shows how fidgety Karthik gets once he is dismissed.
While all of this happens, Karthik is still smiling and seems to be enjoying the good’ol fun. Karthik, personally, has been in good form with the bat in IPL 2018. He already has 194 runs in 6 matches at an average of 48.50. Meanwhile, Russell has 163 runs in 5 innings at a staggering strike rate of 229.57.
It is super Sunday today and there is a doubleheader on the cards. First up, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) take on Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and then Mumbai Indians (MI) take on Rajasthan Royals (RR).
