Hyderabad Metro will be open to the public on November 29

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first phase of Hyderabad Metro on Tuesday, November 28. The first phase of the metro rail is 30 km long and it has 24 stations between Miyapur and Nagole. It will connect major areas of the city including Secunderabad, Begumpet, and Ameerpet and ferry nearly 17 lakh passengers every day.

Hyderabad metro will be open to the public from November 29 with the minimum fare of Rs 10. Travelers can also opt for Metro smart cards priced at Rs 200. As far as timing is concerned, the metro will run from 6 am to 10 pm every day. However, this timing will be extended from 5:30 am to 11 pm depending on the traffic.
