Given how we’ve all got to get to work in time everyday with no idea about how late it will be by the time we get back home, fitness and good health goes for a toss. If it isn’t so for you and some inspiration is all you need to hit the gym, Narendra Modi’s cabinet ministers Kiren Rijiju and Rajyavardan Rathore are here to give you that.

On Wednesday, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju posted a video on Twitter of himself working out in the gym with colleague Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore. Rathore pulls off a number of push-ups with his legs over an exercise ball while ‘Eye of the Tiger’ from Sylvester Stallone’s ‘Rocky’ plays in the background. Rathore has been an Olympian shooter and won a gold medal at the 2002 Commonwealth Games and Rijiju has often been known for his dedication to fitness.

The video captioned, “While doing duty we’ve no time for physical fitness. But my Olympian colleague @Ra_THORe gives me a tough challenge” was put up by Rijiju and soon led to Twitterati applauding them as fitness goals.

Rathore’s reply followed in close on the heels of Rijiju’s tweet.

Soon after Suresh Prabhu joined this whole camaraderie centred around commitment to fitness no matter how busy one is.

Several others on Twitter too chipped in to praise Rijiju and Rathore.

Rijiju holds Minister of State for  Home Affairs and Rathore runs Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting. Modi himself has been known as  huge fan of yoga and takes his health very seriously. Now, while you might or might not like Modi’s Cabinet, this should be some inspiration to get out of bed early tomorrow and maybe hit the gym.
