Forget about conventional dinner dates, catching Pokemon is the new way of celebrating Valentine's Day

The day of love– Valentine’s day is here and we are super excited about it. One word that has taken the Internet by a storm is–Love and this magical feeling has finally found a safe haven in the land of Pokemon. If you are wondering what we are talking about then here’s a clue. Our favourite augmented reality (AR) game– Pokemon GO, is getting Valentine’s Day update and it’s going to paint the game in a shade of pink.

This means that there will be more Pokemon hatching from the eggs and it’s going to get sugar sweet.

As a part of its Valentine’s day bonanza, Pokemon GO is offering double the amount of candy every time you catch, hatch, and transfer a Pokemon. What’s more? Your Buddy Pokemon will be able to find candy twice as fast. Also, during the celebrations, you will frequently encounter pink Pokemon like Chansey and Clefable. Second generation Pokemon like Cleffa, Igglybuff, and Smoochum will have a higher chance of hatching from the eggs.
