Smartphone giant Blackberry that once upon a time enjoyed a huge fan following, has admitted defeat and is exiting the smartphone manufacturing business.

Blackberry will now be focussing on software development and will outsource all internal hardware development from its partners.

World’s largest technology companies including Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Amazon and IBM have launched a new partnership on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The group will jointly conduct research and promote best practices in the field of AI.

Spotify to buy SoundCloud?
Music streaming service Spotify is in advanced talks to acquire global audio distribution platform SoundCloud.

The deal comes as tech giants Apple and Amazon have launched their own music streaming platform. However, it remains unclear how much Spotify would pay as a part of its deal.

Google Search for iOS gets Incognito Mode
After announcing bouquet of features on its 18th birthday earlier this week, Google today announced two new features.

Google has an update its iOS app and added an Incognito mode to it. The second major update is the ability to watch videos within the Google app. This means users won’t be directed to the YouTube app once they click on a video link.

Elon Musk’s vision 2022: Man on Mars
SpaceX Elon Musk has unveiled an ambitious plan for manned mission to Mars.

The first spaceship to Mars would be named ‘Heart of Gold’ and would carry nearly 100 passengers. The cost of travel per person is expected to be around $10 billion.
