Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi launched Xiaomi Redmi 4 in India last week and now the smartphone is up for sale on e-commerce website Amazon India and Mi.com that began at 12 PM. While Xiaomi is offering Redmi 4 and Mi Router 3C as a part of its sale on its website, the sale on Amazon India includes variety of offers which includes discounts on original Mi cases and Mi headphones.
To give a quick recap of the specifications of the smartphone, Redmi 4 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC and runs on MIUI 8, which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The device is available in two RAM variants on Amazon India. While the phone with 2GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory is available for Rs 6,999, the phone with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB memory is available for Rs 8,999.
The phone also has a fingerprint sensor on the rear of the phone which is also used for app lock and passwords. It flaunts a 5-inch HD display and a fingerprint sensor that has been on the rear side of the phone.
In terms of the camera, Redmi 4 sports a 13MP rear camera with PDAF and a 5MP front-facing camera with the face-recognition system. The phone has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and infrared for connectivity and it is available in two colour variants– Matte Black and Elegant Gold.

Amazon is also offering a lot of things along with the smartphone. You can get original Mi cases for the phone for Rs 349 and Mi headphones for Rs 599.
