Moto G5 Plus sale starts March 15 exclusively on Flipkart. Price, specifications and all you need to know

Gadget lovers now have reason to celebrates as newly launched Moto GS Plus will soon be available in India. The recently unveiled phone will be up for sale from March 15 on the e-commerce website, Flipkart exclusively. Earlier Lenovo had announced that it will be launching the Moto GS Plus in India. Phone’s release and launching date are likely to be same which is March 15.

Director of Smartphones at Flipkart, Ayyappan Rajgopal said, “The Moto G is the one product that changed the way the smartphones starting getting sold on online platform. It’s not like every other product because it started bringing customers to online channel, until then it was all your regular brands like Samsung or Apple which were available via traditional channels. But, with first-generation Moto G this started changing.

This is not the first time that Moto G smartphones will be exclusively available on Flipkart. In 2014 the first Moto G smartphone was too available on this e-commerce website but in order to increase their sale, later, it was made available on Amazon as well.

In the recently concluded, Mobile World Congress, the price for Moto G5 Plus was approximately Rs. 15,300, which included 2 GB of RAM with 32 GB storage model. For the 3 GB of RAM with 32 GB storage the price was set at Rs 19,700 (approx). However, price of the 4GB of RAM with 64GB storage Moto G5 Plus variant was not announced.

Moto G5 Plus offers a display of 5.2-inch with (1080 p). Like the previous phones Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus, this new phone will too use an IPS LCD dispaly. Also, G5 Plus has a 12-megapixel rear-facing shooter with phase detection autofocus (PDAF).
