It’s the season of speculations and we are back with a report that gives us a closer peek at the design of Apple iPhone 8 (wait, was it iPhone X or iPhone Edition…ehh, it’s so confusing!). The new design leaks come from serial tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks, who has based his designs on the factory computer aided design (CAD) drawings that he obtained. Even though there is no guarantee if Apple would use a similar design in its final product, but for now the design look pretty design amazing and is enough to keep us hooked.
As far as the design is concerned, the video shows that iPhone 8 (or whatever they decide to call it) sports an edge-to-edge OLED display with no bezels on the sides. The phone shows a small bezel at the top of the phone which also house the front-facing camera. The chassis of the phone has a glossy appeal (something that has been a part of all the leaks that we have seen so far).

The phone has dual cameras stacked vertically at the back of the phone. Unlike previous reports, the new leaks show that the fingerprint sensor has not been placed at the rear side of the phone (thank goodness!). According to Gear India, the new design is based on the measurements– 143.5 x 70.9 x 7.7 mm. But for all we know, Apple could go for entirely different measurements in the end.

Apple iPhone would continue to be a hot topic for discussions till the Cupertino-based company launches the smartphone in September this year. However, if rumours are to be believed, Apple could opt for a delayed launch owing to the glitches in technical specifications. Till the company decides to share some details, the mystery around iPhone 8 would continue to fuel speculations and keep us entertained!
