Tubelight, Salman Khan’s latest offering has all the tell-tale signs of a typical ‘Bhai’ blockbuster. Meaning, it will definitely be a part of several ‘crore-clubs’. Kabir Khan’s upcoming film starring Salman Khan, Sohail Khan, Om Puri, and Chinese actress Zhu Zhu released its trailer yesterday amidst much fanfare. The film is slated for a June 25 release and has garnered enough attention—and controversy—to ensure a bumper opening. As the trailer starring Salman Khan, Sohail Khan and Om Puri dropped, YouTubers from across the world posted their reaction to it.

Canadian YouTuber Danish Nazari’s trailer reaction is simple: she loved it. She ‘teared up’ a bit, she aaw-ed at a few places, she got excited at the sight of Om Puri and Shah Rukh Khan and definitely got irritated with those comparing Tubelight to Little Boy. “Don’t like it, don’t watch,” says this ardent Salman Khan fan.

Toma Puck, a YouTuber from the United States (with a rather heavy accent we cannot quite place, TBH) has also reviewed the trailer. Calling it a bit like ‘LOTR’, Toma seemed quite impressed with the cinematography. He chuckles through the scenes (thank you sub-titles) and looks thoroughly invested in the story. His verdict? He’s getting a Forrest Gump sort of vibe and it’s got him excited.

Indian-origin YouTuber Krishna and his friend Josh are both based out of the United Kingdom and are regulars at reviewing Bollywood trailers. Like most of the other reviewers, we say, for this Salman Khan-Kabir Khan’s Indo-China war film the duo, too seem supremely excited. Comparing it to Bajrangi Bhaijaan where Salman again played a simpleton, the two go on to break the trailer down scene by scene.

Jaby Koay, yet another YouTuber from the US who is joined by Achara Kirk, a YouTube regular, do not just chuckle, they literally LOL through the fun bits of the trailer. Both of them get pretty emotional at the end of the trailer and discuss the storyline with so much enthusiasm it is easy to see why this is the most viewed trailer reaction video for Tubelight.
