Watch: India v Australia Test 2017: When David Warner was 'BOWLED' of Jayant Yadav's no-ball!

In the first hour of the Test, India believed for a fraction of a while that they had got David Warner. But, wait! It is a no-ball.

David Warner is India’s biggest threat along with captain Steven Smith, as Virat Kohli & Co. will be well aware of that and surely dressing room talks must have featured the Australian duo. These will be the wickets India will dearly target and even better if they come early on in the piece. In the first hour of the Test, India believed for a fraction of a while that they had got the most expensive wicket of the visitors. But, wait! It is a no-ball. Virat Kohli could not believe it and fairly so, considering Jayant Yadav is a spinner.

A spinner with a short run-up bowling a no-ball is a crime. This incident happened when both the Australian openers were looking cautious and had not got a fair understanding of the wicket as the odd-ball was turning. The first hour of a Test match and the ball starts spinning. It happens only in India!

The southpaw was bowled around his legs, but it was a no-ball and the ball was missed by everyone and it went all the way to the ropes.

It wasn’t that he had erred by a small margin, he was at least half-a-metre over the front crease. Not pardonable at all.
