Fatima Siad is a Somali-Ethiopian top model, whose claim to fame was being the second runner-up in America’s Next Top Model( Cycle-10).  Fatima underwent genital mutilation when she was 7 years of age and her sisters were killed during the Civil War.  But that did not stop her from setting her goals and achieving them.
