Kaabil audience review: A blind Hrithik Roshan on path of revenge strikes a chord

Hrithik Roshan's Kaabil has been liked by viewers with them being in awe of his performance hinting the actor is back in the game

Kaabil, the first collaboration of actor Hrithik Roshan and director Sanjay Gupta, hit screens today after creating an enormous buzz around it. The film that is clashing with Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees at the Box Office is off to a good start, something that we concluded after going through the audience reaction on Twitter. The audience which rushed to the theatres on the first show of the release day have all astounding things to say about it.

These early reviews would obviously bring a sigh of relief to both Sanjay and Hrithik, given what was at stake for both them. The previous movies of both Sanjay (Jazbaa) and Hrithik (Mohenjo Daro) met a dull response at the ticket counters. So, obviously, it was crucial for both of them that Kaabil opened well.

And from its looks, Sanjay and Hrithik may have won a portion of the battle. Viewers are showering praises on the film and calling it one of the best performances of Hrithik. In the film, Hrithik plays a blind man seeking revenge from those who hurt his wife (played by Yami Gautam). When he didn’t get justice from the system, he embarked on a dangerous road all alone.

It can be imagined that playing a blind character wouldn’t have been easy for Hrithik but he aced it with perfection. The visuals, filming and music of the movie too have garnered appraises. It is worth noting that Yami Gautam’s role of a blind girl has also struck a right chord with the viewers.
