Excuse yourself from your buddies and try some incredible whiskey cocktails at home and celebrate the World Whiskey Day 2017. Made mostly out of wheat, barley, corn, and rye — whiskey provides a broad range of cocktails for you to try. So grab your grab a glass and enjoy the moment!

Old Fashioned

60ml Woodford Reserve
1 sachet Brown Sugar
5ml Cherry Brine
3-4 drops Angostura Bitters

Old Fashioned

Add sugar, bitters add cherry brine into an old fashioned glass
Muddle with a bar spoon, add few cubes of ice and stir
Add 30 ml of the Woodford Reserve and stir for 30-40 seconds
Add more ice cubes till top, adding another 30ml of Woodford Reserve and stir for 30 secs
Take an orange peel and squeeze the oils to flame and rub the rim, then insert into the glass
Add a cherry on the top to garnish

Citrus Highball

2 parts of Jim Beam White
Freshly squeezed lemon
Lemon slice

Cocktail recipe

Jim Beam Citrus Highball

Take a long drink glass and fill it with ice.
Squeeze in a fresh lemon wedge.
Add 2 parts of Jim Beam White.
And top it with Soda.
Stir and garnish with a slice of lemon.

Rye Manhattan

1/4 cup rye whiskey
2 tablespoons sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 maraschino cherry

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
Pour in the whiskey, vermouth, and bitters
Shake until frosty, about 15 seconds
Strain into a Manhattan glass
Garnish with a maraschino cherry
