The holy month of Ramadan is upon is. Surf Excel is known to produce some really adorable advertisements with their tagline, “Daag Acche Hain.” However,  the recent Surf Excel for Ramzan in Pakistan will melt your heart and brighten your day instantly.

The ad depicts a little boy waking up for Sehri and running out to meet someone at the break of dawn. For the unaware, Sehri is the meal that is consumed early in the morning by Muslims before fasting during the month of Ramzan. After consuming the Sehri people undertaking Roza are not supposed to eat any food until Iftaar which is the meal consumed to break the fast.

In the ad, you can see the mother waking this little boy up for Sehri but he rushes out of his bed picks up some dates and starts running in the streets of his area while his mom looks out of the window wondering where the young boy was heading to.

The boy reaches a house but scales the wall after finding the gates of the house locked. The young lad frantically wakes an elderly person for Sehri and urges him to eat if he wished to fast the following the day while his pure white Kurta was now spotted. Touched by the little boy’s gesture, the elderly man gets up to have his Sehri. But has nothing to eat.

What happens next is you’ll  have to see by yourself:

Surf Excel had come up with a similar advertisement with the theme of helping each other and of course, “Daag acche hain” if you got them by lending a helping hand towards someone.
