A 24-year-old man who was harassed on Valentine day by a group of local vigilantes for allegedly indulging in vulgar behaviour at a public space, was found hanging outside his house in Kerala’s Palakkad. Aneesh and his lady friend were assaulted and harassed on February 14 near Azheekkal beach in Kollam by a group of five men.The miscreants not only browbeat them but also videotaped their shaming. Indian shot dead by American who yelled ‘get out of my country’ at him
An Indian was killed and two others were injured on Wednesday night in Kansas after an American man opened fire on them after allegedly yelling “get out of my country” slurs at them. The local police are calling it a case of “possible hate crime”.While 32-year-old Srinivas Kuchibhotla, working at the Garmin headquarters in Olathe, was killed in the shooting, another Indian and his colleague Alok Madasani was critically injured and is battling for life at a local hospital.
