KAS officer's driver commits suicide says Reddy had converted Rs100 cr black money into white

In a shocking development, the driver of a Karnataka Administrative Service officer allegedly committed suicide on Wednesday.

The cause of the death has not been ascertained as yet. The police officials have reportedly recovered a suicide note. The driver has alleged that Janardhan Reddy who’s daughter’s lavish wedding caught the national attention, had converted Rs 100 crores of black money into white. In his letter, the driver has also said that he was mentally tortured

The driver has also alleged that G Janardhana Reddy paid 20% commission to the Karnataka Administrative Service officer. The driver has been identified as KC Ramesh.

The suicide note has even claimed that the KAS officer had helped Reddy in money laundering.

Former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhan Reddy came into limelight after hosted a extravangant wedding for her daughter wihile the world found itself amidst cash crunch because of demonetisation.

Amid demonetisation he managed to host the event at the Palace Grounds in Bengaluru, sprawling across the entirety of 50-acres for 50,000 people. He has also been asked to explain how he manage to gather funds for the wedding.
