Raju Srivastava confirms being part of The Kapil Sharma Show. Is he Sunil Grover's replacement?

It was being said that Raju Srivastava will play peacemaker between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover, but it looks like that's not going to happen anytime soon

Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover’s ugly spat is far from ending and it looks like their fans have also given up hope of any reconciliation between the two. The incident took place a few days back when the whole team of The Kapil Sharma Show was returning back to Mumbai after a show in Australia. Apparently, a drunk Kapil misbehaved and abused Sunil and other members of the team and that’s when the whole controversy started.

From Kapil Sharma’s public apology to Sunil Grover’s message for him, the controversy is only getting messed up with every passing day. After Sunil Grover, Chandan Prabhakar and Ali Asgar decided to quit TKSS, everybody was in shock including the makers of the show. But, when after many efforts the makers were not able to bring the three back to the show, some new faces were brought on board to keep the show going.

While Kiku Sharda and Sumona Chakravarti are still a part of TKSS, we recently saw comedians Sunil Pal, Ehsaan Qureshi and Raju Srivastava as the new entrants on the show. It was also being said that Raju Srivastava will play a peacemaker between the two, but it looks like this is not going to happen anytime soon.

After a tweet from the official handle of Sony pointed out The Kapil Sharma show woukd have a new entrant, Raju Srivastava talked about the speculations and confirmed the news. In an interview with NDTV Raju said that the makers liked his performance in the last episode and decided to introduce him as a ‘new entry’ in the show.

He further added: This time, I have been called for an act, but I don’t know how the channel is going to represent my character to the audience. Well, it looks like the makers have found a replacement, but will Raju Srivastava match up to Sunil Grover’s level?
