Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma are on a promotional spree for their upcoming movie Jab Harry Met Sejal. While the makers have tried new ways to promote this movie, they did not lose out in the traditional way. It was reported SRK and Anushka will visit The Kapil Sharma Show to promote the movie, and they did also. But the shooting could not be completed because ‘apparently’ Kapil Sharma was in a foul mood. So both the stars had to leave the sets without shooting.
According to a report in a daily, Kapil Sharma was in stress so could not shoot. The stars were spotted leaving the sets and didn’t seem quite happy. Now, it is left to be seen if SRK and Anushka will return on the show for promotions or not.
In the past, whenever Shah Rukh has come on Kapil Sharma’s show it has been nothing but a treat for fans. Their camaraderie has been amazing. SRK, the witty person he is, comes up with comebacks and sometimes even embarrasses Kapil. If SRK doesn’t come on Kapil’s show, it would be a loss for fans.
Recently, Salman Khan did not turn up for promotions for his movie Tubelight. He promoted his movie with Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar and others on a special episode aired on Sony. Will Shah Rukh’s absence serve as a major blow to Kapil Sharma?

Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma’s movie Jab Harry Met Sejal is helmed by Imtiaz Ali. The movie is a love story between SRK’s character Harry and Sejal (Anushka’s role). Till now mini trails and 2 songs of the movie have been released. Owing to the unique promotional ways, Jab Harry Met Sejal has generated curiosity. The movie is slated for a release on 4 August and is shot in many parts of Europe.
