Must Listen: Bollywood actors compose impromptu lyrics for karaoke

Kajol's version of Baby Doll and Varun Dhawan's Balam Pichkari will leave you in splits

There’s no doubting our desi actors when it comes to dialogue delivery. They know what they are doing and are often spot on. But can we say the same when it comes to remembering the lyrics of a song during a karaoke session?

Find out for yourself in this video that was recorded in December last year, where actors Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon were promoting their film Dilwale on Desioke – a radio show.

Kajol seemed to be in her element when she went all out to sing Kanika Kapoor’s ‘Baby Doll’ or as she would like to call it, “Baby daall.” Kapoor, couldn’t resist the temptation of going ahead and sharing the video on her Instagram account.

Varun Dhawan’s version of Balam Pichkari goes something like this, “Balam pichkari jo tune mujhe maari, toh seedhi saadhi chori bimaari hogayi… Jo pathar tune phenka, pakkad ke maine thoka, kaanch ka ye darwaza kharabi hogayi.

That’s how simple his life mantra is, just go with the flow! His self-composed lyrics, go well with the beats.

In another session with actor-producer Anil Kapoor, the 59-year-old expressed how he was still waiting for his big break in the music industry. While he got the perfect platform, have a look at how he fared.
