Sidharth Malhotra, who was last seen in Baar Baar Dekho will next be seen in his upcoming film It Happened One Night. The film is a remake of the 1969 hit film Ittefaq starring veteran actor Rajesh Khanna in the lead role. The first look poster of te film has been revealed by Shah Rukh Khan. He took to social media platform and treated his fans and followers with an intriguing first poster of the film. Posted the image on his Twitter page, SRK wrote: “What exactly happened that night? It Happened One Night Sidharth Malhotra, Sonakshi Sinha, Karan Johar, Abhay Chopra”.
In the poster, Sidharth Malhotra looks mysterious. However, SRK doesn’ reveal much about the film, he left his fans curious by saying ‘What exactly happened that night?” To be directed by Aditya Chopra, the film also features Sonakshi Sinha in the female lead. This will also mark the first Bollywood outing of Sidharth Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha.
While 1969 released Ittefaq was directed by the late Yash Chopra and produced by the late B.R. Chopra, the adaptation is helmed by B.R. Chopra’s grandson Abhay Chopra and jointly produced by SRK’s Red Chillies Entertainment, filmmaker Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, and BR Films. Reportedly, the film also features Akshaye Khanna in a pivotal role. Check out the poster here:

Meanwhile, Sonakshi also posted a brand new poster of the film. She captioned the image as: “Would you believe me if I say it wasn’t an Ittefaq? The story unfolds soon”. The film is slated to release on November 3, 2017.
Besides this, Sidharth will also be seen in A Gentleman along with Jacqueline Fernandez. The action-comedy is directed by duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK.
