Tony Stark makes a superhero out of Spidey in latest 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' trailer

Tony Stark helps Peter Parker mature into a superhero in the second trailer for Spiderman: Homecoming.

The second trailer for the upcoming movie Spider-Man: Homecoming has been released and our beloved nerd Peter Parker is barely out of diapers. Thankfully, he has an experienced superhero to guide him- Tony Stark aka the Iron Man. But he’s not really a fan of sweet, positive guidance as we all probably know.

A young Peter Parker is just stepping into his super-big shoes of being the saviour. However, he has trouble balancing being a superhero and his personal life which is hard as it is since he is a teenager.

Tom Holland plays the role of Peter Parker aka Spiderman in the upcoming Marvel film Spider-Man: Homecoming.

The basic origins tale for the teenaged superhero remains the same, i.e., high-school nerd gets bitten by a magic spider and gets his superpowers. However, unlike the previous Spidermans (Spidermen?), played by Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, Holland’s Spidey will be closely working with Iron Man, as seen in the 2016 film Captain America: Civil War.

Trouble piles up against Spidey since while he’s struggling to find a balance in his dual life, a villain is wreaking havoc in town- the Vulture. He’s pretty much the Green Goblin if you think about it except that he has mechanical wings instead of a glider. The trailer teases the first closest look at the villain, which is to be played by Michael Keaton. It’s kinda funny if you think about it since he played Birdman too.

Spider-Man: Homecoming stars Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Bokeem Woodbine, and Robert Downey Jr. The film will be released on July 7, 2017.
