Elder sister Priyanka has been the guiding light in Parineeti’s life and the latter has also made the former proud on many occasions. But there is a little piece of information about Priyanka that was not known to many, till Parineeti revealed it.
In an interview to a leading daily, Parineeti said that when Priyanka returned from USA after her studies, she became totally American. Parineeti said that Priyanka had developed an accent on her return.
“When she came back from the US at the age of 16 she was totally American as she had an accent and she used to teach us English songs. She was cool and amazing,” revealed the younger sister.
It is not hidden from anyone that Priyanka did her schooling from The States. On her appearance on The Jimmy Kimmel Show, Priyanka had spoken about her experience in the US. She said the best thing about her schooling was that she didn’t have to wear a school uniform.
Parineeti also said that Priyanka was the first one to text her on listening to the song Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahin. Parineeti has crooned the song that belongs to the film Meri Pyaari Bindu. Parineeti Chopra said that she released the song for her father who wished to see her sing. She revealed that her father got teary eyed on listening to the song.
“My dad is my idol and inspiration when it comes to singing. He still sits with a harmonium and does ‘riyaz’, he sings everywhere he can,” Parineeti added.
Well, we are sure the entire Chopra family would have been glad to see another daughter scaling new heights of stardom. Parineeti’s upcoming movie is all slated for a release on 12 May and also stars Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead.
