Watch: Sunny Leone lip-syncing Raees dialogue is too cute to be ignored

Sunny Leone has uploaded a new video on Instagram in which she lip-syncs a popular dialogue from the film Raees. She has appeared in the dance number Laila in the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer

You have adored her shaking legs in the famous Laila song from upcoming Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Raees. Now, Sunny Leone has gone ahead in giving company to SRK in promoting the Rahul Dholakia’s directorial venture which will hit the theatres on January 25. Sunny took to Instagram to recite the famous Ammijaan… dialogue from the film, which has become insanely popular these days. But wait, how did her voice become so hoarse. Pardon us for the spoilers, but she cutely lip-syncs to the superhit dialogue said by Shah Rukh. The video has gone incessantly viral and fetched more than 2 lakh views in just a few hours.

Sunny is elated after her performance in the song earned her accolades. Recently in an interview to indianexpress.com, she said the Laila song was a befitting reply to those people who had spoken ill about her. Since making her debut in Jism 2, her career has witnessed a meteoric rise. And Raees is a classic example of her stardom. Sunny said she was working towards creating a Sunny Leone brand for herself, which has given positive results so far.

It should be noted that Shah Rukh Khan has been relentlessly promoting Raees, which will clash with Hrithik Roshan-starrer Kaabil. Sunny appears in the dance number Laila which has fetched more than 7 crore views on YouTube. The film also stars Mahira Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub in pivotal roles.

The film has not been without its share of controversies before it hits the theatres. Mushtaq Shaikh, son of yesteryear Gujarat don Abdul Latif, has alleged that the film is based on his father’s life and that he has been portrayed in poor light. He has threatened to file a defamation suit to the tune of Rs 100 crore if the film is released. Also, Raj Thackeray-led Maharashtra Navnirman Sena objected to Pakistani actor Mahira Khan’s presence in the film. However, Shah Rukh personally met Thackeray and assured that Mahira will not be a part of the film’s promotions.
