Watch: Akshay Kumar's little girl Nitara knows self defence already. Her martial arts video is too cute to miss

Akshay Kumar's daughter Nitara has started her self-defense lessons. And the video which Khiladi Kumar shared has an important lesson for all the girls

They say charity begins at home and Akshay Kumar has rightly understood this. The star who has always supported the fact that girls should learn skills to defend themselves has taught a lesson or two to his daughter Nitara as well. In a video which Akshay shared on social media, the 4-year-old Nitara can be seen practising few moves of martial arts. The Jolly LLB 2 star wrote a caption that it is always better to start teaching girls these skills at an early age.

Akshay wrote, “This Valentine’s Day don’t let a guy take u for granted. Learn martial arts, u never know when it comes handy & starting early always helps

Well, when her father is Khiladi Kumar himself, Nitara would definitely be well versed in these self-defence skills. Akshay himself holds a black belt in Taekwondo and his son Aarav too has received his first-degree black belt in Kudo.

Akshay Kumar is quite serious about women protecting themselves, which is why he set up a Women’s Self Defence Centre (WSDC) along with Shiv Sena chairperson Aditya Thackeray where women are taught how they can protect themselves in a tricky situation. Last year, a 19-year-old girl, who was a student of the academy, single-handedly got her molester arrested. The girl expressed gratitude to the academy for teaching her and making her capable enough that she could protect herself.
