The actor also gave some words of wisdom, encouraging people to opt Ayurveda and said:

I am feeling very healthy these days as I visited an ayurvedic ashram in Kerala a few days back. Very few people know that I have been following Ayurveda from past 25 years and it is one of the best treasures of our country. And instead of paying attention to Ayurveda, we are harming our bodies by taking steroids injections, proteins and allopathic medicines.

Well, Akshay is not only a hero on screen but in real life as well.
