Amitabh Bachchan, the Sarkar is back and how. The third instalment of the Sarkar series directed by Ram Gopal Varma is all set to release tomorrow and it looks like the fans won’t be disappointed. Apart from Amitabh Bachchan, the movie boasts an ensemble cast including Manoj Bajpayee, Ronit Roy, Amit Sadh, Yami Gautam and Jackie Shroff.
The third instalment of the series starts off from where the second one left off. In this movie, a really strong character is played by Amit Sadh, the grandson of Subhash Nagre and the son of Vishnu (Kay Kay Menon) who was killed in the first movie. Moving from the members of Nagre’s family and other characters of the movie, almost everyone comes with their own shades, most of which are grey.
Sarkar 3 marks the reunion of Big B and Ram Gopal Varma after nine years. The trailer of the movie asserted that no one gets the aura of the Godfather as right as Big B and no one knows how to tell his tale like RGV. The almost a decade long break has only turned out to be fruitful for the franchise as this time the subplots in the movie would keep you hooked.
Telling about his character, Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter yesterday to write, “‘Zanjeer’, they said is the ‘angry young man’… Strange, on its 44 years of completion, I still play ‘Sarkar 3’, with angrier quotient!” And as it turns out, he is really angry this time and would not let anyone question his position.
