Salman Khan’s upcoming film Tubelight has all the elements of being a blockbuster. Helmed by Kabir Khan, the film stars Chinese actress Zhu Zhu and Salman will be seen playing the role of a soldier. This is Kabir and Salman’s third project together after giving us blockbusters like Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

Made on a big budget, it is being said that the film has already earned a whopping Rs 20 crore after selling its music rights to Sony Music. Surprisingly, Tubelight has only three songs which are the background scores and will only help in taking the story forward.

Though, not much has been revealed about the film yet but seeing the grandeur of this film one thing is for sure that Tubelight is this year’s blockbuster. Director Kabir Khan has left no stone unturned to make this film a huge success.

The film was in news from the very beginning and the images from the sets of Tubelight have only increased the curiosity among all the Salman Khan fans. It is also being said that the film will change the way how we look at the Bollywood songs.

Slated for an Eid release this year, the film also has a special cameo of none other than Shah Rukh Khan. And seeing the two Khans together on-screen after such a long time will be a treat for their fans. What makes Tubelight even more special is that Salman will play the character of a dumb soldier who takes time to register things and is set against the backdrop of Indo-Sino war.

This is not the first time that the music rights of a Salman Khan film have been sold for such a high price. The music rights of Salman’s last year release Prem Ratan Dhan Payo were sold for Rs 19 crore. Well, it won’t be wrong to say that the film will surely break many box office records after its release.
