Sanjay Dutt has finally begun shooting for his comeback film Bhoomi in Agra and we are super excited to see the actor back in action. The mahurat shot was taken early Wednesday, along with the whole cast and crew of the film.
Directed by Omung Kumar, Bhoomi is a revenge drama is the director’s third outing after giving hits like Mary Kom and Sarbjit. The film will be shot in an old haveli in Bamrauli Katara, a village on the outskirts of Agra, along with Taj Ganj streets and Mehtab Bagh across the river Yamuna. The shooting of the film will continue till mid-March.
Sanjay arrived at the location donning a kurta pajama and looked super amazing. The actor was really happy and overwhelmed with people’s reaction as he stepped out for the mahurat pooja.
The film also stars Aditi Rao Hydari in the role of Sanjay Dutt’s daughter and TV’s popular face Sharad Kelkar will be seen portraying the character of a villain opposite Dutt. It is also being said that Sanjay and Aditi have bonded really well with each other and it will definitely reflect in the film.
While we all are super excited to see Sanju Baba on screen, it seems like the actor himself is working really hard to make this comeback worth watching for the audience. The film is produced by T-Series and Legend Studios and will hit the theatres on August 4 this year.
