Imtiaz Ali has shown what Europe looks like in the earlier songs of Jab Harry Met Sejal and with the latest offering, he has given a sneak peek into Punjab. The new song from this Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer titled Butterfly has been released and it is laden with the fervor of Punjab and is full of colors. The song features Shah Rukh Khan in a Sardarji avatar and Anushka Sharma also makes for a nice Punjabi girl.

Sung by Aman Trikha, Nooran Sisters, Dev Negi and Sunidhi Chauhan, the song has been composed by Pritam and penned by Irshad Kamil. The song starts with Anushka Sharma flirting wth Shah Rukh. It then progresses towards SRK showing his village to Anushka and them dancing on the streets.

The song has no dearth of Bollywoodness in it and this is what makes this number a peppy one. Not to forget, we are totally digging SRK’s Punjabi avatar. The chemistry between SRK and Anushka takes the song to another high. However, some of the steps in the song reminded of the bond shared by Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta in the movie Veer Zaara.

Jab Harry Met Sejal has become the talk of the town and all eyes are set on its release on August 4. This is the first time Imtiaz has directed Anushka and SRK.Now the association of SRK means the movie will see unusual ways of promotion. Earlier to launch the Radha song SRK and Anushka went to Ahmedabad and released the song amid the presence of Sejals. To release this song, Shah Rukh Khan visited Ludhiana and the pictures from the event available on social media confirm people went crazy there.
