After making and breaking all the box office records, Aamir Khan’s Dangal has completed its blockbuster one month on January 23. The way this movie is going, it is showing no signs of slowing down and will soon cross Rs 400 crore mark.

Despite being in competition with the latest released OK Jaanu, Haraamkhor and xXx: Return of Xander Cage, Dangal has emerged as a clear winner and ruled the box office like a boss. Even after a month of its release, the movie continues to break records and crossed Rs 375 crore mark in week 5.

In week 5 itself, the movie did a business of Rs 1.19 crore on Friday and Rs 2.10 crore on Saturday, making a total of Rs 378.24 crore so far. Not only domestically, but Dangal is also making history overseas. The movie has minted a total of Rs 198.73 crore at the international market and is all set to cross Rs 200 crore mark soon.

The movie was released in over 5000 screens worldwide, including 4300 in India and 1000 overseas. And this Aamir Khan starrer has grossed approx. 713.56 crores worldwide till date, and stands second after PK in terms of global figures.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Dangal marks Aamir’s return to the silver screen after a gap of two years. The film is a biopic of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, who trains his daughters Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari. Besides Khan, the film features Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra.
