Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar’s 2.0 has gained a lot of attention. The sequel to the 2011 release Enthiran is helmed by Shankar and will be releasing on January 28. Yesterday, on August 25, the making of 2.0 was released and it has got cine buffs in the mood of the film. The video has given an insight into the film and shows how director Shankar took care of intricate details to make it unique.

The over one-minute long video proves this movie will take grandeur to another level. In the video, we saw cars flying, high-octane action scenes between Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar and amazing VFX. But what grabbed a lot of attention was the makeup of the film. The video showed how a lot of detailing went inside making statues of Akshay and Rajinikanth.

As soon as the video released, Twitter went abuzz. Almost all of them said the film would be a blockbuster and break numerous records at the Box Office. Considering how these two superstars attract footfalls at the theatres and create Box Office records, it won’t be surprising if 2.0 takes Box Office by storm.

The expectations from this film are really high. In an interview with InUth, Akshay spoke about taking pressure about  Box Office performance. He said:

I don’t think so far. I don’t take any pressure. I can’t talk about the film as my contract will get cancelled. The only thing I can say is, I am playing a negative character in the film

In another statement, Akshay Kumar said:

I can’t talk about 2.0 yet as there is still a lot of time for its release. I have not even seen that film but I will soon start dubbing for 2.0. I wish I could talk more about that film but I can’t help. But I hope even that does well.
