'Even Dimple Yadav feels unsafe among her own partymen': Twitteratis question law and order in UP

Akhilesh Yadav’s wife Dimple Yadav had a hard time controlling her own supporters.

Samajwadi party government may claim to control law and order in Uttar Pradesh but it seems that Akhilesh Yadav first needs to rein in his own party members.

At an election rally in Jaunpur on February 26, Akhilesh Yadav’s wife Dimple Yadav had a hard time controlling her own party supporters. The party workers were creating disruption at the rally and did not pay heed to Dimple Yadav despite her repeated requests.

However, this is not the first time she faced such a situation at an Allahabad rally on February 20. Also, Ms Yadav was left red-faced after the party workers kept disrupting her speech.

She said, “I am afraid of your shoutings, please calm down.” At last, Yadav was forced to say, “Kal Akhilesh Bhaiya aa rahe hain, Main unhein tumhar hi naam batane wali hun (Akhilesh Bhaiya is coming tomorrow, I will tell them your names).

Visibly agitated over their unruly behaviour, she said, “This is surprising, from where did you get your training, you are not disciplined, this not right.”

When UP CM Akhilesh Yadav was asked about this during a presser on February 26, he downplayed the incident saying, “Devron ko daant diya to kya hua (If she scolded her brother in laws, there is nothing in it to say).

The Twitteratis had a field day targeting the SP government. They alleged even wife of the chief minister doesn’t feel safe in the state.
