Snapdeal offers a flat Rs 7000 discount on iPhone 7

With Diwali just a few days away, online stores and shopping malls are gearing up for the big festival dhamaka. Giant online marketplaces Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal have been in the game for days. Snapdeal had launched its Unbox Diwali offer earlier and is currently in its third edition that ends today!

Mobiles and other gadgets observed some of the largest market price slashes with Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, Moto G Turbo and Sony Bravia TV being amongst the best deals on Amazon. The last two Unbox sales were heavily advertised and had been quite a success, attracting a horde of customers. Apart from this, the iPhone 5s too was discounted with the 16gb version priced at Rs 19,999. An additional discount of 10% is offered on purchases of Rs 2,000 or more made with HDFC debit/credit cards. The Sony BRAVIA Full HD Smart LED Television was discounted at 24%. Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 3 offered a combo deal with unlimited 4G from Reliance Jio plus an exchange value for your old phone. Micromax Spark 3 (8GB), Moto G Turbo and the Lenovo Ideapad 100 Notebook came out with similar combo deals and EMI offers. If you’re looking to buy something for kids then remote controlled toys are the way to go with up to 67% discount. You can also brighten up your home with LED lights with discounts of up to 70%.

In one of its most popular deals, Snapdeal offered a flat Rs 7000 discount on the Apple iPhone 7. But, the discount can only be availed through a Yes Bank card. Don’t worry, as part of an exchange offer, you can also swap your old iPhone with a new one with up to Rs 20,000 discount. Other special offers include cash-back and exchange deals for HDFC Bank customers on products like Apple iPhone 6s and the Samsung Galaxy J3.

Amazon’s Great Indian Festival that ended yesterday was also a huge success, especially for smartphone buyers. The Great Indian Festival’s main focus was on smartphones. The Moto G4 Plus was available at a price of Rs. 13,499. Samsung On5 Pro and OnePlus 2 were also brought down a few grands. During the second wave of the sale, Amazon claimed to have made deliveries and received offers from over 97% of pin codes from across India. For online purchases of the Moto G4 play, amazon added a Rs 1000 gift card for its customers.

Flipkart on the other hand, drove its focus towards more expensive products and offers a huge sale on televisions and other home appliances. With washing machines cheaper than smartphones, Flipkart really went heavy on its sale. Lucky customers will also stand a chance to win a Rs 1 lakh gift card an iPhone 7. The Ultra HD Smart TV is available at a price of 46,990. Flipkart hasn’t abandoned its smartphone market. The Swipe Elite 2 Plus is available at a meager price of Rs 4,444.
